Fees

Registration for PegasusMUN I is open! The PegasusMUN Secretariat is happy and excited that you have decided to look into attending PegasusMUN I. This page will highlight any important information regarding registration, the registration form will be located at the bottom of this page.

All delegations in attendance are required to pay a fee to attend PegasusMUN. This fee is to pay operating costs of the conference to ensure that the PegasusMUN Secretariat can provide a good experience. All delegations will pay a one time delegation fee as well as a per delegate fee.

All registration fees can be paid online or by check. Any preferences can be made on your registration form. This page will outline the registration costs, refund policy, dates, special circumstances that we accommodate, and any additional information that might be needed.

February 10th: Delegate Withdrawal (100% Refund)

February 15th: Registration Payment Deadline

February 20th: Delegate Withdrawal (50% Refund)

February 24th: Final Roster Due

All Delegation Fees are non-refundable. Any delegate withdrawals must be handled by emailing affairs@pegasusmun.org.

Any advisors will be charged the same as the per delegate fee

• Delegation sizes will be determined based on registration and any decision will be emailed to those in attendance

• Positions will not be provided until there is confirmation of payment or confirmation of a payment process

• PegasusMUN will be partnering with a hotel, there will no be fee for not staying at the hotel but we do ask that you book with them
